This page explains how LitigatorOS handles information for visitors to litigatoros.com and people who join the waitlist or reach out about the product.
1. Who we are
LitigatorOS is a litigation tooling platform focused on case management, evidence, and leverage modeling. At this stage, the public website is a marketing and information site with a simple waitlist form and direct email contact, not a full SaaS application.
2. What we collect
On the public site, we collect only what we need to respond to you:
- Waitlist form data. Name, email address, role, and any context you choose to share in the free-text field.
- Direct emails. Anything you send to waitingroom@litigatoros.com.
- Basic technical logs. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) needed to keep the site secure and debug issues.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of information through the marketing site. If you think you have sent something sensitive by mistake, email us and we will remove it where feasible.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your questions or requests.
- Invite you to early access, demos, or interviews where appropriate.
- Maintain basic security and reliability of the website.
We may send occasional emails about major product updates, early access, or related opportunities. You can opt out at any time by replying and asking us to stop.
4. How we do not use your information
Just as important is what we do not do:
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not run ads on your data or share it with ad networks.
- We do not use your waitlist or email content to train broad, public AI models.
If LitigatorOS uses AI internally, it is for narrow, product-specific features and internal tooling — not for reselling or redistributing your information.
5. Cookies and analytics
If we use analytics on this site, it will be for understanding basic usage (page views, traffic sources, rough geography) so we can improve the product and messaging. We will avoid heavy tracking and surveillance-style profiles.
If we add or change analytics providers in a material way, we will update this page and, where required, request consent.
6. Data retention
We keep waitlist submissions and direct emails for as long as they remain relevant to product development, outreach, or compliance obligations.
If you want your information deleted, email waitingroom@litigatoros.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We will handle reasonable requests as quickly as we can, subject to any legal obligations to retain records.
7. Security
We take security seriously, especially given the kinds of matters LitigatorOS is designed to support. For the public site and waitlist, that means using reputable hosting providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and restricting access to waitlist data to a very small number of people.
No system is perfectly secure, but we treat anything you send us as if a regulator or judge may one day see how we handled it.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain kinds of processing. At a minimum, if you contact us about your data, we will:
- Tell you what categories of data we have about you.
- Update or correct it if it is wrong.
- Remove it from our active systems where possible and lawful.
9. Changes to this policy
If we materially change how we collect or use data on litigatoros.com, we will update this page with a new effective date. For major shifts, we may also send a notice to people on the waitlist.
