The terms under which you can install and use the LitigatorOS Command Center software. Written in plain English. Read it before you install.
This License Agreement is between you (the person or firm purchasing a license) and PinkViper Labs, the company that makes and sells LitigatorOS Command Center. When this document says "we," "us," or "PinkViper Labs," it means the company. When it says "you," it means whoever bought the license.
By installing or using the Command Center, you agree to everything below. If you do not agree, do not install it, and request a refund within 14 days.
You bought a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the LitigatorOS Command Center software on your own infrastructure, subject to the activation limits of the tier you purchased:
"One firm" means one legal practice operating under a single Tax ID. A holding company with multiple subsidiary firms requires a separate license per firm.
Your license includes two years of software updates and upgrades from the date of purchase. After that window, your installed version continues to work indefinitely. You can renew for continued updates at the rate published on the Command Center sales page at the time of renewal.
You can:
You cannot:
If you want to do any of the above, contact hello@litigatoros.com for a separate commercial agreement. We are open to OEM, reseller, and white-label arrangements at appropriate licensing rates.
On first install, the Command Center contacts Gumroad's verification API to validate your license key. After successful activation, your install caches a small license state file locally and periodically re-verifies (approximately every 30 days).
The only data sent during license checks is your license key. No case data, no usage telemetry, no information about your firm, your matters, or your users ever leaves your install.
If your license is refunded or disputed, the next periodic check will detect that and deactivate your install. You agree to cease using the software upon any successful refund.
If the verification endpoint is unreachable due to network failure, the software continues to operate normally for a seven-day grace window before showing a connection-error notice. Your case data remains accessible regardless of license status.
The Command Center is software for organizing litigation work. It is not:
Every decision you make using the Command Center, every deadline you log, every calculation you rely on, and every export you file is your own responsibility. We do not review your inputs, validate your dates against jurisdictional rules, or guarantee accuracy of any output. You are the litigator. The software is a tool you use.
The Command Center runs entirely on your own server. We do not have access to your case data, your firm's files, or any record you create in the dashboard. We never see it. We cannot recover it if you delete it. We cannot subpoena it because we do not have it.
For full details on what data is and is not transmitted, see our Privacy Policy.
During your active license window (two years from purchase by default, or until your renewal lapses), you are entitled to all software updates, bug fixes, new features, and major version upgrades we ship.
We do not promise any specific feature, update timeline, or roadmap delivery date. Roadmap items on our marketing site are aspirational, not contractual.
If your update window expires, your installed version continues to function. You will not be locked out of your own data or install.
Your tier includes:
Support covers installation issues, software bugs, and reasonable use questions. It does not cover custom development, data migration from other tools, legal questions about your matters, or training on how to practice law.
Support hours: Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm Pacific Time, excluding US federal holidays.
The Command Center is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against all threats, or fit for any particular purpose. We do not warrant that any specific feature will produce specific results.
You assume all risk for using the software. You are responsible for backing up your own data. You are responsible for verifying that any output from the software is accurate before relying on it for any legal filing, deadline, or strategic decision.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PinkViper Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Command Center. This includes, without limitation: missed deadlines, default judgments, sanctions, malpractice claims, lost cases, lost data, lost profits, or any other damages resulting from your use or inability to use the software.
Our total liability to you for any claim, regardless of cause, is limited to the amount you actually paid for your license in the twelve months preceding the claim.
This license terminates automatically if:
On termination, your right to use the software ends. You must uninstall it and destroy all copies. Your case data is your own and termination of this license does not require you to delete that data, but you cannot continue using the Command Center software to access or manage it.
See our Refund Policy for the full refund terms. In summary: 14 days from purchase, no questions asked for licenses. Professional Setup has different refund terms because the work begins quickly.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under this agreement that is not resolved through good-faith negotiation will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
We may update this agreement from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email to license holders. Continued use of the Command Center after a material change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the updated terms, you may stop using the software; no refund is required for changes made after your initial 14-day refund window.

Plain-English summary, not legally binding: Buy the software, install it on your own server, use it for your own legal work, customize it for your firm. Don't resell it or strip our name out. Don't share license keys. We don't see your data. We're not your lawyer. We're not liable if you miss a deadline. 14-day refund window auto-deactivates your license. Nevada law applies.
